It might be the same one, I haven't noted what's what, just a lot of time outs and lost packets some place. A tracert shows that there's a few servers that time out on me quite a bit the past few days. so it's not my routers) In game and in online diagnostics (DSLReports tweak test for example). The Launcher, when restarted, will see the file is missing and download a new copy. Was stuck at 55 earlier and after the 20th. I will say I've been getting lots of packet loss lately especially under heavy line use. Either with Verizon, your downloader or something else out of my hands. I tried calling them and asking them about it last night. Windows Vistausers should just choose Allow a program through Windows Firewall. In Control Panel select: 'Security Center' > 'Windows Firewall' >'Exceptions' tab. So unless they both have issues, it really isn't likely a hard drive issue. To configure or update your Windows firewall to allow the game files to connect to the internet, please take the steps below: Click on the Windows 'Start' button. I did also say I tried downloading it on two computers. After doing the above check and try it again. Click on Restore settings to their default values and then click on Reset. Click on Reset settings from the left side. (i am a 10+ year PC tech) My hard drive is fine. Kindly check and the try the methods/steps below and see how it goes. ![]()
